Banksy..

I have always loved Banksy's work, despite it being a very different media and style from the work i am producing it is still public art and is seen and commented by the public every day. Banksy always creates pieces that have strong meanings behind them and are often relevant and topical to the location they are created in, which is very much along the lines on my personal project.

Hannah Davies

I love Davie's work these are exactly the sort of illustrations i am looking to create on each individual index card. I am looking to include mixed media with mine, layering a variety of materials creating a collarge.

John Paul Early

I love this style of illustration again it is very quick and simple drawings but so effective. Looking at the colour on some of these pieces has made me think i may scan some of the illustrations into the macs and potentially add colour to add another aspect to the project.

Alyana Cazalet

I came across this illustrators on www.illustrationweb.com. I really love the quick simplicity of these pieces. The use of quick flowing ink lines gives a beautiful  look. I feel this style of illustration would suit itself well to my printed index cards.

Website

I have found this website it is full on illustrators of all genres. Well worth a look!

Post it....

These are a few images of the post it notes i have already collected from a variety of people. They range from silly small wishes to meaningful and the obscure. This is just the very start of my project but i love the information i have already collected.

Peter Davis

Peter Davis works with lists, looking how lists can make a piece of art. I love the use of colours in all of his pieces it looks exciting and interesting.
